When We Are Closed
Care of our patients outside normal surgery hours is provided by the Out-of-Hours Service.
As this service is commissioned by the
Betsi Cadwalader University Health Board, any enquiries relating to it should be addressed to them.
In the event of your requiring medical assistance when the surgery is closed, please telephone 111 or the surgery number 593385 and the answer machine will give you the contact number.
NHS Direct Wales
This is a 24 hour confidential helpline providing advice and information on:
- What to do if you are feeling ill
- Health concerns for you and your family
- Local health services
- Self-help and support organisations
Contact them on 111 or www.111.wales.nhs.uk
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
