Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
Some of the local chemists will pick up and deliver prescriptions. Please discuss this directly with your pharmacy.
Please allow 48 working hours for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
My Health Online is a new online service brought to you from NHS Wales. You can order repeat prescriptions online or change your contact details. If you wish to register to use My Health Online please print the attached form. To protect patient confidentiality you must provide documents so we can make sure you are who you say you are.
